This program was developed to overcome the problem account that "won't buy to try."  We are confident, once our products have been fairly evaluated, the first order will be near at hand.  Just let us know:

HANDLE EXCHANGE PROGRAM
(Effective September 1, 1992 - Until further notice)

We will exchange one wood screw type Layflat or private label brand mop for any non-screw type mop handle when the customer is switched to Layflat or private label of our manufacture.  These non-screw type mop handles will be destroyed after authorization from a Layflat representative.

Please be able to supply us with your customer's name, address, and key individual making the exchange.  Guidelines are as follows:

• All handles are to be taken from distributor inventory and Layflat will issue credit upon proof of exchange.
• Fiberglass may be used on the exchange program based on the cost of a Layflat wood handle.

DUST MOP FRAME EXCHANGE
(Effective April 1, 1997 - Until further notice)

We will exchange one 5" dust mop frame for each 3" dust mop frame in 18", 24", 36", or 48" when the customer is switched to Layflat dust mops.  The 3" dust mop frames are to be picked up from the customer by the distributor and destroyed after notification of exchange to our in house Layflat Customer Service Representative.

Please provide us with the number of each size, the customer's name, address, and key individual making the exchange.  Guidelines are as follows:

• All frames are to be collected at one time for each end user exchange.
• All frames will be shipped to the distributor upon receipt of the above information.

BID PRICING
A 5% bid allowance is available on request with quotations for government and/or non-profit organizations.

Bid allowances CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other allowance other than Quantity Discounts.  Bid pricing will not be offered to any non-stocking distributors or any delinquent account or those not paying within terms.  A stocking distributor is defined as a distributor who places two 20 dozen or more orders within a 12 month period and has existing inventory for resale at all times.  

Bid pricing is computed as List, less 5% less Quantity Discount.

Freight will be prepaid on all orders of 20 dozen mop heads and or handles in original 48 states.
